TRIAD Employee Assistance Program

The TRIAD Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to assist employees with personal problems and/or work-related issues that may impact their job performance, health and mental or emotional wellbeing. As an East West Family of Companies employee, your benefits include six free sessions per year, per issue for mental health counseling, legal consultation and financial coaching services for you, your spouse, and dependents.
