When we think of wellbeing, many of us think about physical health and happiness, but the idea of wellbeing is evolving to have a much broader meaning. While it will always include happiness and physical health, the idea of well-being includes many other things such as our sense of purpose, how satisfied we are with our lives, our jobs, and even the choices we are able to make.
Everyday Inclusion
In May, the DEI Committee offered a 2-part live training experience open to all East West employees, “Lead Inclusively: Behaviors and Tools for Everyday Inclusion”. If you were unable to join us for the live sessions, the recorded classes are well worth your time
Give Back
Did you know that all employees are eligible for volunteer pay? Full-time employees may get up to 8 hours per year and part-time employees may get up to 4 hours per year. We would like to encourage all team members to personally give back in their communities to causes they find important to them.
